D.A.F. pays particular attention to the youngest age bracket, offering e
ducational courses for the youngsters through a play-educational program. With the aim to stimulate the natural artistic facility of children, a diverse programme has been created, in which it’s possible to choose among different dance forms in order to structure the growth and the education of the youngsters.
The program is addressed to different groups:
-Starting from 5 and over: there are workshops and creative activities, which can develop afterwards and aim at a future study of dance and performing arts. Drawing on games, the students are involved in manual and creative activities, which draw on their everyday life and which are integrated from time to time with dance elements. This constitutes an innovative and functional approaching method to the subjects.
-Starting from 8 and over: there are introduction courses concerning ballet, introduction lessons of modern and contemporary techniques. These classes foresee an appropriate basic study plan in order to structure a proper preparation in the sector.
